Privacy agreement
Before you become a user, please read this Privacy Agreement carefully to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept the agreement. Your use will be deemed to be your acceptance of this Agreement. This Agreement defines the rights and obligations between BMS-TOOL and the User regarding the application software Service. "User" means the person or company using the Software. This Agreement may be updated by BMS-TOOL at any time, and the updated terms of the Agreement will replace the original terms of the Agreement once published without further notice, and users can check the latest version of the terms of the Agreement here. After modifying the terms of the Agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by the App, and the user's continued use of the Services will be deemed to have accepted the modified Agreement.
I. Privacy Policy
In order to provide you with more accurate personalized services, when you use the Service, we may collect your information in the following ways, this statement explains the use of information in these cases, because the service attaches great importance to the protection of your personal privacy, before you use the Service, please read the following statement carefully.
2.The Service may require the following rights
(a) Photo and camera permission application: Information about the application hardware will be presented in the form of two-dimensional code, so we will quickly obtain information through the phone camera function
(b) Bluetooth permission application: Exchange network information with Bluetooth modules through Bluetooth communication
(c) Request for approximate/precise geolocation permission: In order to provide you with the Services, we may receive geolocation information about your device and related information about your location through the phone's current IP address.
3. Description of the use of authority
(a) When the user needs to add a control device to the application, it can be quickly added and used by using the camera to take photos and scanning the two-dimensional code graphics provided by the hardware or other mobile terminals.
(b) This application requires you to turn on Bluetooth permission, search for devices that can be added to the attachment, and select the network connection to the external server.
(c) When the application needs to configure the wireless network for the device, it will request the location permission of the mobile phone and obtain the WIFI information and SSID currently connected to the mobile phone.
4. Information use
(a) When you register for the app app account, you provide personal registration information as required by the App;
(b) The permission to "take pictures with the camera", "obtain geographical location data of the mobile phone" and "Bluetooth function" involved in the use of the service is necessary for the normal use of the service. If you choose wechat quick login, you will be asked and approved to obtain the permission of "wechat Login Authorization".
(c) In the process of use, the verification code will be sent by SMS or email according to the mobile phone number or email number independently entered by the user to verify the authenticity of the user, and the mobile phone number or email number used for the verification will be recorded.

6. Obtain mobile phone number,IMEI,MAC address
(a) In order to locate software problems, analyze problems, solve problems and other more convenient software service maintenance work, keep the software active and provide user experience.
(b) After the user agrees to authorize, the software will collect the necessary information of the device and mobile phone during normal operation: IMEI,MAC address and other unique and targeted information, as an important identifier for the return of error log data.
7. Privacy Information Use and Protection Statement
The application promises that all the above integrated SDKS are for the operation and use of the user, the normal data interaction between the software and the server, and the malicious collection and disclosure of other information of the user are guaranteed. The App will not disclose any user information to third parties in any way except with your own consent. When government departments, judicial authorities, etc. require the App to disclose personal data in accordance with legal procedures, the App will provide personal data in accordance with the requirements of law enforcement units or for the purpose of public safety, and the App will not be responsible for any disclosure under such circumstances.
8. Others
(a) Solemnly remind the user of the provisions of this Agreement that exempt BMS-TOOL from liability and limit the rights of the user. Please read carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this Agreement with their legal guardian. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be under the jurisdiction of Nanshan District People's Court of Shenzhen.
(b) If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
(c) All other rights not stated in this Agreement shall remain with BMS-TOOL. BMS-TOOL reserves the right to final interpretation of this Agreement.
