(hereinafter referred to as "Pace") and the user regarding this application software service.User "refers to the individual or company using this software. This agreement can be updated by Pace at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are published, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms here. After modifying the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by this application. If the user continues to use the services, it will be deemed as accepting the modified agreement.
I、Description of Privacy Policy
In order to provide you with more accurate personalized services, we may collect your information in the following ways during your use of this service. This statement explains the information usage in these situations. As this service places great importance on protecting your personal privacy, please carefully read the following statement before using this service.
II、This service may require the use of the following permissions
(a) Photography and camera permission application: Relevant information about the hardware of this application will be presented in the form of QR codes, so we will quickly obtain information through the mobile camera function.
(b) Bluetooth permission application: Exchange network information with Bluetooth modules through Bluetooth communication.
(c) Access to rough/precise geographic location permission application: To provide you with services, we may receive your device's geographic location information and location related information through the current IP address of your phone.
III、Permission Usage Description
(a) When users need to add control devices to this application, they can quickly add and use it by using the camera photography function, scanning the QR code graphics provided by hardware or other mobile devices.
(b) This application requires your permission to open Bluetooth, search for devices that can be added as attachments, and selectively connect to an external network server through network configuration.
(c) When this application needs to configure a wireless network for the device, it will request the location permission of the phone，and obtain the WIFI information and SSID that the phone is currently connected to.
Ⅳ、Information usage
(a) When you register for this app account, you provide the personal registration information required by the app;
(b) The permission to "take photos with a camera", "obtain mobile phone geographic location data", and "Bluetooth function" involved in the use process are all necessary for the normal use of this service. If you choose to log in quickly on WeChat, you will be asked and approved to obtain the "WeChat login authorization" permission.
(c) During the use process, a verification code will be sent via SMS or email based on the user's independently entered phone or email number, to verify the user's authenticity, and the phone or email number used for this verification will be recorded.

Other platform SDKs used in this application
(a) In order to be compatible with the systems of different mobile phone manufacturers and ensure that every data can be successfully sent to the phone, libraries such as "com. alibaba", "com. xiaomi. mipush", "com. umeng", "com. heytap. mcs", "com. vivo", "com. Google. android", etc. are integrated.
(b) In order to realize the remote communication and authentication functions of the WIFI version of the device, use the Alibaba Cloud service platform to integrate 'com.alibaba', 'com.taobao', 'com.facebook.fresco(Fresco) com.aliyun','com .facebook', 'com.huawei.hms', 'com.aliyun' (Alibaba cloud; Ali push; Ali push;) and other SDKs.
(c) In order to improve the user experience, the integrated WeChat official SDK 'com. tent. mm. opensdk' supports WeChat login function. By obtaining the user's account and identity through third-party authorization, WeChat will be activated, inquired about, obtained WeChat authorization, and saved for WeChat login. The collected personal information is only used for WeChat login.
Ⅵ、Obtain mobile phone number, IMEI, MAC address
(a) In order to locate software problems, analyze and solve problems in the future, and maintain more convenient software services, maintain the activity of the software and provide a user experience.
(b) After the user agrees to authorize, the software will collect necessary information for the device and phone during normal operation, such as unique and targeted information such as IMEI and MAC address, as important identifiers for error log data transmission.
Ⅶ、 Others
(a) We solemnly remind users to pay attention to the clauses in this agreement that exempt Pace from liability and limit users' rights. Please read carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this agreement accompanied by their Legal guardian. In case of any dispute arising from this agreement, it shall be under the jurisdiction of the Nanshan District People's Court of Shenzhen.
(b) No matter what reason any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
(c) All other rights not stated in this agreement shall remain the property of Pace. Our company reserves the final right to interpret this agreement.
